Think he wanted more money no? I do miss him tho

For the money we spent on Garcia we could have paid Dejong more.
Garcia is the worst Mancini signing ever.
Same level as Savic for me.

IM better than Garcia. An over weight malnutritioned eygption love therapist called Rolland would be more use than Garcia!

Milner should be ahead of him every game.

This 1000000%!!!!!

How many starts has he had?

Too many!

How many points would you have us drop whilst "settling in"?

Chill you lot. He wasn't at the races tonight, but I've seen him play MUCH better in Portugal. He's a class act and just needs time to settle.

ok that is good to hear.

what type of player is he? as in what are his best attributes?
General defence is strong, maybe 90% but you will need to give him more passing sessions to win FM13.

-- Thu Nov 29, 2012 12:52 am --

it is strange that NDJ was allowed to leave

The worst decision in bobbys reign IMO
Nigel made his own decisions.

Re: Javi Garcia ?

Tonight was a bad day at the office but he is still a good footballer in my opinion.

Re: Javi Garcia ?

Had a shocker tonight, but looked decent against Madrid. Struggling to adapt to the pace of the Premiership, but it'd be ridiculous to write him off after four league starts.

Re: Javi Garcia ?

played well against Real, was not good today

give the lad more time anyway

Re: Javi Garcia ?

He had no pre-season, got injured and has completely missed "getting up to speed" with this league.

He needs to be "brought along" and realize that he has to think quicker, move more intelligently to get himself open, and no-one is better for him to learn from than Gareth Barry.

I expect him to improve GREATLY with time and hope that next season is a significant improvement. Central midfield is the HARDEST position to bed down in this league. TBH, Yaya has looked out of sorts for much of this season but appears to be playing himself into it. Hopefully, Javi can do it, too.
