Looks like he has two good feet on him too, always a bonus. Some of those quick runs with good crosses were just what we've been missing at times. Appreciate that it's only a youtube video but if he can do it he can do it..

We build our play from the back and work it forward centrally... when we do move it to he wings for Silva, Nasri, Clichy or Zaba to push attack down the wings, we don't move at a 'blistering' pace. We do move it fast but a lot of teams are picking up what we are doing.

Navas will no doubt be the fastest player on the team, faster than Clichy and he is rapid.

That element as well as the fact he has created over 70 clear goal scoring chances will make him absolute crucial to the team when we cannot "unlock" defenses.

He basically brings a whole new element of attacking options for Pellegrini.

Last thing, which we all love... his work rate is similar to Tevez... constant running even near the ed of the game. Wonder if he tracks back though...?

I don't understand your point to be perfectly honest. It's not like there aren't videos of Messi Ronaldo etc being amazing.

It's sort of obvious that some people will look good young and mislead as to their actual talent and some players will look fantastic because they genuinely are.

I'm not saying Bernard isn't a risk, I'm saying he looks to be (which is the only metric you can use on any potential signing) worth the risk.


Plus I'm not saying Bernard over Isco I just don't believe he will come. So Bernard is a good second option.

No need to alter his physique as it may impede his performance.
Speed and Agility are survival mechanisms prevalent in those who aren't as strong.
Ergo, if you can't catch him, you can't knock him down
Of course speed and size are not mutually exclusive.

I said speed and size aren't mutually exclusive.
Besides why would you want to alter the physicality of a 28 year old player at the peak of his career?
Its too late for any drastic modifications in my opinion.
Bale and Ronaldo had olenty of room to grow and you're not even sure their growth was not more as a result of a natural proccess.
