WHAT HAVE YOU WON SINCE 1969 THOUGH? FUCK ALL... OH A FIRST DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP, SORRYYYY - WE HAVEN'T BEEN RELEGATED SINCE 1953 FELLA. A PROPER FOOTBALL CLUB.

MATTY, OPPOSITE DIRECTION INDEED. WHEREAS WE'RE IMPROVING SEASON UPON SEASON YOU ARE GETTING WORSE. AS SEEN OVER THE PAST TWO SEASONS, LAST SEASON YOU LOT FINISHED LOWER THAN THE SEASON BEFORE WHEREAS WE FINISHED 5TH FOR THE SECOND TIME ON THE BOUCE. REMIND ME THE LAST TIME CITY FINISHED TOP 5? 1968.

This, could well be the most incorrect statement I have ever, ever read. You are not improving, you have now reached your peak. Moyes has got the best out of the players possible; they can't give anymore as are only average to good players at best, and you don't have enough money to buy better. You are now at your pinnacle. We, however, are improving. You are getting a city reject on loan; where as we are chasing Eto'o, Terry and Tevez. You do the maths.......!!!!

Are you that retarded you cant distinguish the difference between improvement and a wealthy invester? This is football, not bank wars. The improvement is displayed on the pitch and you havent even played a preseason game yet. Its like turning up to a wank contest with the biggest balls, still doesnt mean your going to jizz first.

Last season - Gelson Fernandes
This season - Gareth Barry

Last Season - Ched Evans
This Season - Roque Santa Cruz

Last Season - Richard Dunne
This Season - Joleon Lescott

Last Season - A 6th choice striker from a 10th placed team.
This Season - A 6th choice striker from a 10th placed team.

Last Season - 10th Place
This Season - Guaranteed it will be higher

Last Season - 5th Place
This Season - You think you can get 4th?

hahahahaha

You have done well for 5-6 years, you cannot progress anymore, you are fucking deluded my scouse friend if you really beleive you have more chance of progressing that us, fucking deluded.

and these players would have definately come to your club, rich in history (and lets not forget your current record) without your arab investment...

oh the fuckin irony!!

Everton are ruining football the peasants! Taken from some gash site, champ manager or something. Funny though.

How can this situation be right? Last season, for some unknown reason, the excellent Jo was surplus to requirements at Manchester City – so he was loaned out to Everton.

He went on to score a bagful of goals in just a few months and any manager in their right mind would want him back among his ranks. After all, he cost a cool £18million just a while back.

But Mark Hughes doesn’t care about the money and with plenty of cash to splurge on star names, he couldn’t give a flip about Jo either who has no chance of making it back into the Eastlands squad.

However, Everton can’t afford the transfer fee to keep him at Goodison Park so you’d be right to guess the Brazilian striker has been put up for sale to recoup some of that cash.
WRONG! He is heading back to David Moyes on a season-long loan in what is really a smack in the face for the gentlemen’s rules of football.

How can it be right for a Premier League club to get such an expensive player on a season-long, interest-free, loan. There should really be a rule about it to prevent this happening.

He’s had one loan spell, and if Everton can’t afford his services permanently, then he should go to a club that can. It is not right for Manchester City to own him and lend him to the Toffees like a neighbour borrowing your lawnmower and not giving it back for the whole of the summer.

Everton are competing against the likes of Man City for fourth place downwards so the potential pitfalls of this deal are many. Will Jo be rested than for clashes between the two?

Is that right and proper? If he plays and scores for Moyes, will Hughes regret the decision that led to the loss and cost him a place in the Champions League?

Of course, loans happen every season in the top flight but usually with younger stars who need experience or older ones surplus to requirements. It rarely happens with players at their prime who could change the course of a season for a club like Everton.

Fulham, Tottenham, West Ham and all the clubs in the top half of the division have a right to be angry about this. Everton now have an unfair advantage over them without even having to have paid for it.

But then if the papers are to be believed, Manchester City are said to fancy buying Joleon Lescott for their central defence after John Terry turned them down.

So perhaps there is something in it for Mark Hughes and his money-bags backers after all.

Man City to put heavy pressure on Everton
Mark Hughes will do what it takes to bring Lescott to Eastlands

Daily Mirror reports that Man City will set their sights on Everton defender Joleon Lescott.

Lescott (26) has been a close target for Mark Hughes and after losing out on John Terry it will be very important to get Lescott in.

Everton could be tempted to let Lescott to leave if they can get something out of the deal, which could to be to get Jo in on loan, without paying a single penny for his wages.

Jo had a good run of games last season after joining Everton on loan from Man City. Jo's days at Eastlands looks ended and a loan back to Everton would be of interest.

I can believe this. Everton dont have a pot to piss in and probably cant afford his waes anyway. Its not usual for clubs to carry on paying players wages when they are on loan anyway.....

What if Hughes fancies dropping Jo into the City team when he's had some more experience? Surely it's a deal that suits all parties?

If it is indeed from Champ Manager's site, then quell surprise. A bastion of the woolly minded, half baked and ill-conceived concepts

Only if we dont get Lescott.

I dont believe Mark Hughes likes getting fucked by anyone but Mrs Hughes so no need to worry yet.

I will be amazed if Lescott is not a City player when the season starts...

haha quality, two replies regarding my forum error yet both of you didn't comment on my reply. We attract players through our style of football, our form on the pitch, teahm spirit and our great history. Lets not forget we have one of the best managers in the league. All attained with a relatively low budget ( http://img7.imageshack.us/i/ohdearxgv.jpg/ ). Your team is attracting players via huge wages, nice nice. Ultimately your team is going to compose of a shower of money hungry bastards. Good luck making that work. I generally mean that though, sure i wish everton had that investment, but what can you do? Atleast its gone to a team like city who are relatively unsuccessful even compared to some of the teams outside the big four. Just the ego on some of you in cringing.
