How fucking short are peoples memories on here? Hart is the best keeper in the Prem, yes he will make the odd mistake but we have to stick with him! This outcry for Given is a joke, the guy is finished, I hope we sell him if for no other reason than to stop shit threads like this springing up! Nobody was calling for Given after WHL or The Emirates.

He has cost at least 4 goals out of the last 9 against us. The defence confidence in him is shot to pieces as well as his own confidence.

I said a few weeks back that another costly howler should see him dropped. Time for Given to be restored as our no.1 for the league and Joe can try earn his spot back in the remaining competitions. I don't understand Mancini to be honest, he brings in Viera for experience and then sticks Hart in goal when he's clearly not ready. There aren't many sides challenging for titles with young inexperienced keepers. He's an outstanding prospect and if we were a mid table side you could justify his selection but given our goals, we can not and should never have gambled on him.

What about our goals last season? Did Given not play his part in us not reaching those? How about his fuck ups against Stoke? Or him being glued to the line at OT which cost us a place in the CC final?

As for those saying the defence has no confidence in Joe we have one of the best defensive records in the Prem but hey dont let the facts get in the way of a good witchhunt!

Considering KOLO the clowns fooking shit pass to Silva, then failing to get back, neither Komps or Kolarov got more than a 6 for effort & hart actually made a good save from a bended shot that bounced just in front of him & he still got his hand on it, if he had left it it ma of gone in or hit the post, AK13 looked like Bridge for a moment covering Bent. Defense needs a kick up tharse.
