We need to see Joe back to his best form and he still can be a truly world class keeper if he just focuses on improving his game.

Allegedly Joe went to the Board to demand his place in the Cup Final Team. Supposedly from sources within the club but who can be certain?

The point I am Making is there are reasons why people Aren't willing to tolerate the mistakes they did before last season.

Needs bringing down to Earth, because he's lost the run of himself and his football is getting worse by the game.

Oh, and if shot stopping and goal keeping were the same thing, Shay Given would still be in nets for us. Stopping some shots does not excuse his embarrassing performance on those corners, especially the first one where he was too busy playing with a Cardiff player who wasnt even blocking him.

Mancini changed the defensive coach and it was a disaster? we had the best defence in the country last year!

In the league. But not in the Champions League, we didn't ... nor in the League Cup, where we got pasted at home 4-2. We conceded 15 goals in the first 8 games last season and the defenders didn't have a clue what was going on. The season before we'd let in 8 in the first 8, and that included the 2-0 loss to Bayern, which was a bizarre night with all that Tevez business. I think that back three experiment gave us a poor start and ended up screwing up the entire season. My point is that new coaches come in and things change. This season Hart has a new goalkeeping coach and the team has a new defensive coach. They've gone from zonal marking to man marking at set pieces ... you've got to think that they are working with a complete new set of instructions at set pieces, Joe included. Maybe it's a factor, maybe it isn't ... worth considering though.

He was poor today. For me the defence with Lescott and Garcia was shocking. Lescott isnt the type of player to be a leader and we lacked in the defence. To concede 2 goals from set peices is fucking shocking. That I hope will never happen again.
Hart will come good but he needs to be more demanding. When Kompany is out Joe needs to be the 1 who is vocal in the defence and setting them up.

Been partying too much with his big mate Wooney, needs to put his head down and focus on his football.

Joe thinks he's it, but needs to not take his ability for granted and realise that he still has a long way to go.
