Really? I must have just popped out for a brew. when this happened. Where has this come from and what's the story?

Allegedly Joe went to the Board to demand his place in the Cup Final Team. Supposedly from sources within the club but who can be certain?

The point I am Making is there are reasons why people Aren't willing to tolerate the mistakes they did before last season.
Thanks for the reply. if true - wow!

Sound about right

People who think Joe's going to get dropped are kidding themselves. He'll be fine and he'll win us far more points than he loses us.

That seems to me an admission he's going through a bad spell, quite an extended one at that. Any other player gets dropped in this situation. Why should Joe be any different?

I am starting to feel uncomfortable with him, particularly from set plays, and I am sure the defence feels the same way. He never comes off his line to catch a ball and that must be very unsettling for defenders. What the hell was he doing for that second goal only he knows.

to busy pushing there forward and forgot about the ball , he does it every week

Every keeper in the world gets pre-occupied by an opposition player standing in front of them rather than focussing on the ball.

It's wrong, but every keeper is the same.

Get Casillas in and he will soon get back to being a top keeper.

I have said before that I think if he performs like he has been doing over last year or so he will only find himself out the door come next year, if a striker or midfielder has 18-24 months of playing poor they are sold, the same should apply to Hart.

Hart started to believe his own hype and needs big competition to get his top status back, if we got Iker in I think it would give the shakeup he needs and if he has the correct attitude and mentality he should thrive in competing against one of the best goalkeeper of his generation.

Didn't Hart say he watched videos of Casillas to help him improve? We have the chance to get the real thing in training with him!

Not really, a capable keeper would make his own space and punch the ball away

He's made enough mistakes this past year that even if he was playing for a bottom half team he would be lucky to still be playing so if he isn't dropped for the Hull game then I will be dissapointed. He needs a kick up his arse and putting him on the bench should do just that, plus Pantilimon deserves a chance or we could just sign another top quality keeper to provide serious competition with Joe.

Platts comments if genuine are very interesting,i thought Mancini probably had a confidentiality clause in his pay off but Platt, hmmmm
As far as his keeping is concerned ,if you invite pressure onto your defence after going 1-0 up and there is excellent delivery into the area then the keeper cant be blamed, the team did the same v Munich worked very hard to get ahead then threw it all away by slacking off as a team,

thats bollocks mate , should be dropped playing shite his kicking from back passing is a joke , he needs a reality check

Needs dropping for a game or two, just so he knows he's not untouchable. No need for Casillas as Pantilimon showed he's more than capable in last year's cup run and Iker's wages would be astronomical. People do need to calm down though as on form he's excellent. Was terrific through 09/10 and 10/11 and even since his form tailing off has the occasional stormer like last season against Dortmund.
