Gary Cahill has been a quality centre back throughout the vast majority of his career. He's a damn sight better than nearly all of our centreback signings post takeover other than Vinnie and Laporte.

He didn't deserve to be though. He'd played 2.5 good games. I don't like the way he treats the younger players. It's the same with Foden. Plays well and is on the bench next game

The reality is the guy has had three and a half years of Peps coaching but has failed to improve in any aspect. He's still weak, ponderous on the ball, lacks concentration.

He's got talent but has pissed the last few years away. He has talent but lacks heart.

We've so far had three months of good form from him. It isn't enough.

Well that applies to all the players barr eddie,we can concentrate on the cups now so i think both will play quite a lot

Same here,eric jnr and nico play well with eric so john is currently 5th choice if we still include dihno,im not sure he has it in him to fight back
