Not strong enough, he needs to hit the gym and stop being a pussy when challenged. Can't see it happening so he'll be replaced.
Do you socialise with him?You can't just stop being a pussy. That's his personality, he's just a soft, non-aggressive guy in general. He would be decent in La Liga where softness isn't seen as a weakness but not in Britain.
Yep that's right, as soon as a player loses form or has an injury hit season jump all over him.So he's all of a sudden going to get back to being above average for the first time since Autumn 2017?
Come on.This guy isn't of the level required, he's had enough chances.
Can anyone honestly say, in his 4th season at the club, that he's made any sort of improvement?
I don't need to socialise with him, it's obvious. He never jumps into tackles, he just doesn't have that element of aggressiveness and toughness in himself. He's like a graceful giraffe looking good with the ball at his feet or like a Hollywood actor who plays football or like mommy's little boy who goes to a prestigious private school with a white collar. That's how he plays football, like a pedantic lawyer. Nooo, I'm not gonna get those shorts dirty. It's a personality thing.Do you socialise with him?
As if our players dragged him in ,he is a fantasist prick who is having his 15 mins of fameWish John had stood up for himself a bit more...
City invited the Vale players into the home dressing room after the game and Pope admits his meeting with Stones did not go well.
"They all dragged me in, the Man City players, but John wouldn't speak to me," said Pope, whose goal was also his 109th for the club, a post-war record. "It was a little bit awkward. I shook his hand but he wasn't too happy."
Pope certainly felt he had no reason to back down, later tweeting: "I'd just like to say I was completely wrong and bang out of order to say I'd score 40 a season..... it's more like 50."
You are comparing him to rags, dirty bastards who are lucky they didn't break someones leg..I don't need to socialise with him, it's obvious. He never jumps into tackles, he just doesn't have that element of aggressiveness and toughness in himself. He's like a graceful giraffe looking good with the ball at his feet or like a Hollywood actor who plays football or like mommy's little boy who goes to a prestigious private school with a white collar. Look at Rooney, Roy Keane, Bellamy etc. etc. They all were a bit of a cnut in real life (based on media stories) and transferred that onto the pitch. Stuff like aggressiveness and toughness come from your personality, impossible to teach or acquire it at his age.
