Looks like Big Wilf is staying. For the time being at least.

I'm hearing personal terms couldn't be met, so City's revised bid is cash & bonus based.

No idea how much and what the mix is.

Thanks for the info.

Bony's attitude when he came on today was top class, if he's prepared to stay and fight for his place then fair enough.

I still think we would be left light up front if Aguero and Iheanacho were our only recognised strikers. I appreciate we have players that could play there if required but I'd prefer not to have to rely on that.

Potentially mate. The last I heard Everton weren't willing to meet his wage demands, and wanted City to pay a balence.

Assuming they wanted us to pay £60k a week, £3m a year, 5 year deal.

£15m paid upfront to effectively get rid of a player we are already loosing money on, is just unworkable.

Nice one cheers.

Is it right to assume that we will still get our man?

Matty, Do you know if we are looking at other alternatives, apart from Bonucci, if Everton won't budge?

I know a lot people aren't Keen on Wilf, but if we sold him in to Everton
the prospect of us going into a 60 plus game season with just two main strikers frightens me to death

If Jesus is coming in January then Bony could he replaced then right?

I'm not sure we really need Stones anyway to be honest so if he doesn't come I'm not bothered.

For me this is the biggest and most important signing of the window. Until we have CB's that are naturally gifted on the ball, Pep will be limited on how much he can play "his" way. A fit Kompany is closest thing we have to a "Pep CB"....which is why Stones has been a target for so long. Hope this gets done soon!
