Definitely getting better for me he seems to be one of those players who will grow and develop the more he plays with guys like Silva,Nasri,Kun et all.He gives us real width when teams pack the 18 yard line and looks like he wants it now.Don't underestimate the role Vieira has with our younger players.I would hate to see him go to a rival.

I thought he did well yesterday. He took on the Villa defenders and had them struggling to contain him.

He took his goal well, too, but it looked to me (Colin Bell 328), as if it was going wide until it hit the net.

Ok he got his goal today - well done

But for me i can't see him being anything more than just a tricky winger.

He doesnt have that spark to push on to be in the 'best' category

I remember when he played against us for boro in the cup...i thought he was a flyer down the wing...looked frightening.

I see him as a flat track bully if you will.

He scored and had a hand in every other goal. I worry about his skill or ambition being limited a bit by focusing on all-around training but let's not confuse a good performance with a bad one just because he is not a flashy as he once was.
