When the war is over between Russia and Ukraine they decide to paint a white line to denote the border. All is going well til they come across a house that is right where the line goes, so they knock on the door and ask the owner does he want to be in Russia or Ukraine. "Ukraine" replies the man, so they paint round it. A little later they are curious, so go back and ask him why he chose Ukraine. "I couldn't stand another Russian winter" he replies.
