All I can say is yes please. He was in the category that I assumed were unattainable but is certainly one of the few I'd rather get than Koulibaly. Don't think Atletico would sell so late in the window unless they were desperate for money though. They've lost Juanfran, Godin and Filipe Luis over the last few years already.

He's a massive upgrade on Stones, Otamendi, Garcia and Aké. He's at least nearly as good as Laporte IMO. To me if he came he'd be a top 5 CB in the league, maybe top 3, without any question.
