Genuinely how much have you seen him play? I’ve barely seen anything of him apart from the games v us and he was average.

That isn’t why I’m sceptical however im sceptical because as I mentioned previously I remember the same people in the transfer forum saying upamancano was a generational talent and was going to be world class.

Just seems shiny new toy syndrome. Laporte and ake are two of the best left sides cbs in world football I just don’t see how this guy is going to improve us particularly when we are supposedly paying a world record fee!
 
As long as the wonderful Johnny Stones and Dias are starting, I don’t care who we buy for defence but I must admit this one does have me excited

So, to summarise, you've seen him play twice against the best team in the world, you're sceptical because some people on here once said a different player would end up being great and, finally, you don't think he will improve us because... he's going to cost a lot of money.

I mean, I'd probably just keep quiet and see how it all pans out. You don't have to form an opinion.
