Seen so many post about Leipzig needing £ by Fri to meet FFP regs, is that actually true? Or just some hope so we get the deal done sooner..?

Tribuna .com have a piece saying they have to find 150 million for ffp but didn't see a cut of date mate ?apparently it’s bs, not just Leipzig saying it.

I've not been following anything on this at all but I'm guessing that is total bullshit. We cannot register any player from overseas until 1st July, only the domestic window is currently open which allows us to bring in kovacic. So even if everything was agreed and done right now and we announced it at 9pm he doesnt officially become a city player and the money doesn't reach Leipzig accounts until 1st july which is beyond this supposed cut off and useless to them If this situation is true which im guessing its not.Seen so many post about Leipzig needing £ by Fri to meet FFP regs, is that actually true? RB Leipzig urgently need money to meet the Financial Fair Play (FFP) requirements, reports top source Süddeutsche Zeitung.
Specifically, Leipzig must raise €150m in transfer income this summer. At the moment, the club spends more than it earns and the FFP rules will only get stricter in the coming years.
Already starting next season, teams eligible for UEFA competitions will only be able to spend a maximum of 90% of their revenue on their squads (transfers and wages). In the 2024-25 season it will decrease to 80%, and the following season to 70%.
Additionnaly, from 2025 onwards club owners will only be allowed to contribute €20m per season to cover expenses.
This still shouldn't be a big problem for RB Leipzig who have a bunch of assets to sell. Dani Olmo and Josko Gvardiol combined may end up bringing in more cash than required and there's also Dominik Szoboszlai linked with a big-money move to Newcastle.

I see certain posters say stuff like ‘reported’, forgetting to put where it’s actually reported.
RB Leipzig must meet Uefa's financial requirements in the summer. The farewells of Christopher Nkunku and Konrad Laimer are considered certain, but at least one other professional has to say goodbye at great expense.
