Well... they're using Sports news Ireland as their source.

Dont know much about sports news ireland, but swedish media is almost never a good source for info about transfers. Even when it's involving swedish players. I.e Guidetti is roumered to go all over the place.

Edit: Well maybe Guidetti wasnt a good example, since he isnt a twente player yet, dispite what i previously thought. But you get my drift.

As it stands Liverpool are the only club to have attempted to sign him.
If you go to his Twitter page his first post was in English. What does that mean?

He is at the Euro U21 tourny. So we are in no rush, we will go through our other targets, and by the time he is done with the tourny, we can move for him or he can sort his other offers.

Mata is nr.10 and is looking good so far. Such a good passer he is.
He's been given a very free role I see, roaming from right to centre, to left midfield/attack.

Javi Martinez, nr. 4 (the captain) is looking very impressive thus far as well and was behind their first goal.

The rumenian commentators just mentioned Mata and Manchester City, in the match between Spain vs England, shame i didn`t understand a shit about what they said LOL

just watched mata for the 1st time, a dream of a player,if silva was to b rested or injured this guy would be more than capable.

only dawned on me after a few minutes he was on the pitch, didn't take much interest as i was reading the paper.

soon as i noticed i watched the game to my full attention, not the best game of football i've seen, but bloody hell that little guy number 10 for Spain was amazing!

We should put in for at least 3 of the Spanish players. Martinez, Herrerra, Ruben Perez, Parejo, Ruiz. None of these guys would cost over 10 million. The big money guys are Mata, Alacantara (15 probably), De Gea, and Nuniain. The rest will cost less that Ten. I mean we were being begged to take RUiz last season at 7 million :(

He plays more like Iniesta to be honest, than he does Silva.

Why doesn't our club pull their fucking finger out and put a 25 million bid in for him. Valencia are really cash-strapped and would accept. Why do we pussy foot a found these deals? Its unbelievable. Adam Johnson isn't amazing, he is good and would learn a lot from mata/Sanchez. Come on city. Mata is sublime and is only 23

Martinez would cost probably closer to 20m. But he is quality and if City need a new CM. This guy should be on the radar.
