Its good to read up on a bit of balance rather than the one sided, desperation tinged articles on how he only wants Liverpool
 
Possibly the key factor in his decision will be the camaraderie in the England squad and the belief in that camp that England are on the verge of great things.

The chance to build a deep understanding with his England midfield team mates by playing week in week out with Phil and Jack has to appeal to the lad.
