He'd get loads of games here, he plays on the left for Schalke so his competition here would be Nasri (who always looks awkward on the left to me) and Sinclair. At least 30+ appearances in his first season if he joined tomorrow and playing under a coach known for working well with young players.
Don't think we can make a saga out of this though if he's already made clear his intentions to stay in Germany.

No doubting the player but the move could be too much with him only still being 19 and that is why is not opting for a move yet imho.

Like the player, but didn't he get his first start in the USA earlier this month, where Germany put out their B team because the Dortmund/Bayern players were unavailable?
The amount of midfielders they have at there disposal is a joke. There starting to override Spain! For anyone to start for Germany at the age of 19 is some achievement. I reckon hes worth the risk but doubt he'd leave, reckon he's got his feet fully on the ground at Schalke.

No, Bild have said City and Madrid have met the release clause but Draxler has turned us both down.
Bild are quite reliable.
