?

Looks like lacazette may stay at Lyon.

Alexandre Lacazette has confirmed that he intends to remain with Lyon this summer.
The Frenchman has been linked with a move to Liverpool following a barnstorming season in Ligue 1.
However, Lacazette insists he will remain put, saying: "I am good at Lyon, and if I feel that the project will continue, I can see myself staying."

still looks dodgy at the back put laporte and coleman and gaya in.

Personally I'd have aurier right back but it will never happen. I think Mangala still has a point to prove next season. I can't blame his performance this season because the whole of our back for except for maybe clichy have been shit and we're talking about kompany who was one of the best centre backs in the world before this season and zaba who was also one of the best full backs in the world aswell. They've been shit because of the way we play not because they're shit players and same can be said about mangs. If we sort out our defence next season and hopefully bring in klopp I think he'd be a sick player. I also prefer Gaya but I think Kurzawa has a better chance of coming to us than him.

Klopp, kitterly Klopp. He'll sort City out. I just hope these two Spanish dudes don't interfere with his plans and take a back seat, so to speak, let the man get on with his job of organising. The weak hitters can be expunged from the club.

Jurgen Gold Klopp? Sounds like an 80's German pop group

As much as I like Klopp, he won't be our next coach. Even though he has charisma to burn and clearly inspires his players (something our team looks in need of), he doesn't fit our tactical philosophy. Dortmund at their best played great counter-attacking football but it's a completely different approach that wouldn't make the most of our current squad and departs from the blueprint that the club (at every level from the first-team to the academy) is gearing itself towards.

I think we should keep Pellegrini and invest in three top young players (Koke, a winger and a left-back), offload under-performers/dead wood and promote some EDS prospects (like Rekik, Denayer, Lopes, Zuculini and Iheanacho).

If that fails and we don't reclaim the title/progress deep into the CL then Pellegrini would have to go. Hopefully Pep would be available (his contract ends next season), failing that Low (who could be persuaded to leave after the 2016 Euros) would be an excellent plan B.

For me we should pick a team / formation to get the most of the players we have:

Hart

Sagna Kompany Mangala

Milner Fernando Fenandinho Angelino

Silva

Aguero Bony

Hahahaha we wouldn't make top 6 with that.

hahaha really? we might not anyway.

Most teams park the bus against us, so no point at all playing 4 defenders every week. Sagna and Mangala can both play full back or centre back so they can cover across if Milner / Angelino can't get back and Nando can slot in to the gap left if need be. That is far better protection that what we have now.

Dinho goes box, to box, Silva plays where he is best, and we have two strikers and width.

It's probably just too brilliant an idea for you, and would cost us nothing :)

We have played with 3 at the back before. It didn't go well.

why r we always mentioning angelino to be the part of squad for next season. Are there any acadamy player directly promoted to first team in this sheikh regime?

I don't like him anymore........IF any of this is true!

Jurgen Klopp has recently announced his farewell to Borussia Dortmund and day after day they continue to sequence the various hypotheses with regard to his future. According to the Bild, the German coach would have confided to people close to him that his dream would be to coach Manchester United, while the City, a bitter rival of the Red Devils, would not be present in his thoughts.

Bild sourced The Sun with those details apparently.

There is no way this F*cker should ever be allowed near City. Ever since his name was mentioned I have had this song in my head ..........

I saw a mouse!
Where?
There on the stair!
Where on the stair?
Right there!
A little mouse with clogs on
Well I declare!
Going clip-clippety-Klopp on the stair
Oh yeah

If he gets a three year contract I will be in an asylum after 2 years.

Pmsl.... I spat my brew out!
You know some numb nuts would create a song for him though to that tune lol

Apparently in an interview Klopp said he will not come to England and that the Milan clubs are in talks with him.

It would be a sideways step going to either Milan team and the building job would be immense, especially with FFP, but you never know.

I don't think there will be a job in England for him to go to personally, not this summer, not unless he wants West Ham or Newcastle.

City will look elsewhere in my opinion so there is only Liverpool if Rodgers goes but I don't see that happening.
