I will hold my hands up , was informed these were both done and expected to be announced this week , was by the same person within the club who got the previous targets correct , spoke to him today and seems to think both are still done but the announcements on the back burner with this Messi situation which we are all over

serious question, by sounds of it from what im reading on my timeline via twitter. looks like Napoli are holding out for as much as they can for Koulibaly

so question is, what other alternatives are there who match up to Koulibaly? right now feels like we banking on this guy and Napoli know this hence they want to squeeze as much funds as they can from this transfer.

my point earlier is, 70 million is tops. im reading figures around 90 million which is insane no?
