I’m told this is very likely to happen this summer when we activate his £35m release clause.
Absolutely no doubt about that, but for his career , it's a big risk.I agree he doesn’t compare to Rodri
I do think Pep would improve him and he would get games
For 35 M in todays market is somewhat a bargain.I’m told this is very likely to happen this summer when we activate his £35m release clause.
Cuts both ways but get what your sayingAbsolutely no doubt about that, but for his career , it's a big risk.
Sometimes a big fish in a lesser club is a better career move.
£35m? I’m out!I’m told this is very likely to happen this summer when we activate his £35m release clause.
There would be plenty of games for both Rodri and Phillips. We need to get to the final stages of the season without Rodri being burnt out. Pep simply hasn't trusted a 37 year old Fernandinho enough times this season.Dinho and Rodri are different types of player
Rodri is going to play most of the games, therefore if we buy a CM player we need someone who is A. similar in style and B. doesn't mind being an understudy.
From what I've seen Phillips is more like Fernandino and probably won't fancy being a bench warmer.
very impressive today
