If Kalvin Phillips gives the club the same kind of service over a much longer period (being younger) I think he would a fantastic, astute signing.

Why would he id City got 4 fullbacks? He can play in a pivot, solo 6, Cb and somewhat a b2b if needed.

Delph did more than okay. He started at left back more than anyone in the team in the greatest league season by any club in English football history.
