Right that can go back then as it didn't even dent the cauliflower. It came back out of the bowl in a better condition than when it went in .. Pathetic and absolute fooking messer's.
That’s a mixer not a processor. I make cauliflower rice and use the sharp blade on my processor. Not too many florets at a time (probably two lots for an average cauliflower). Works a treat.

Cauli rice? stop pissing about and just buy the stuff, along with the broccoli equivalent, ready chopped from Aldi or Asda - 75p a tub.

Anyway.....i have just discovered Montezuma 93% chocolate (with orange oil and cocoa nibs) if a treat, while avoiding carbs,is required.

Quite wonderful!

My bad and thanks for the heads up Roxy. We took the "mixer" back to Wilko's and are now going to buy a Kenwood processor tomorrow with a max budget of £60 but preferable less. Still on the Keto and eating loads of eggs chicken fish eggs pork eggs steak cauli and eggs. The line in the sand has been firmly drawn and I have even ordered MCT oil for our bulletproof morning coffee meetings.

I’ve got a Kenwood FDP301. Think they’re about £60.

I’ve not gone full keto yet but am trying to keep my carb intake around 50g a day and no more than 80.
