Right that can go back then as it didn't even dent the cauliflower. It came back out of the bowl in a better condition than when it went in .. Pathetic and absolute fooking messer's.
I read this without reading the pre-posts to it and thought you were saying you’d shat out some cauliflower into the toilet bowl and it was in the same as when it went in!

Tonight I chopped some parsley, garlic and chilli and fried it off with some olive oil. Then added some butternut squash in the shape of spaghetti and some cockles and have it a squeeze of lemon. And a bit of salt.

My bad and thanks for the heads up Roxy. We took the "mixer" back to Wilko's and are now going to buy a Kenwood processor tomorrow with a max budget of £60 but preferable less. Still on the Keto and eating loads of eggs chicken fish eggs pork eggs steak cauli and eggs. The line in the sand has been firmly drawn and I have even ordered MCT oil for our bulletproof morning coffee meetings.
I am sure you know this mate but you will need to add some more greens to that, for your health and some more fats to stop the hunger pangs

I will have a look at the FDP301 mate because all I want to do is make cauli look and taste like real mash .. Have a look at the web page below that includes a cracking video on creamy coli-mash.

I tried a few different recipes and methods to try to get cauli like real mash and most were rubbish. Finally found this one and it's brilliant. I've made it probably 15 or so times and each time it has worked perfectly. I don't bother with the cream though, as my husband is lactose intolerant, still tastes great.

Thank's Sophie and I will give it a whirl and maybe add a very small potato to the mix to help with overall consistency ..

I have been trying with cauliflowers for the last three days but tonight's the night as we have just acquired our Kenwood processor. Peppered steak and cauli mash and for afters Gin and low calorie tonic. Also got some lettuce and tomies in.

Thank you for the heads up Roxy and if it does not do the job tonight then we will definitely be having chippy.
