He was our best player yesterday and is our best left back. Get over it.

how was he our best player? the goal was his fault just as much as hart's, lost the ball many times, wasted plenty of chances, he did nothing in the whole games for except the 2 or so corners he took. while on the other hand de jong did everything possible you could ask the guy of his position and more, he was also way closer to scoring than kolarov. and boateng was much better, he defended like a beast, nothing got past him and he was well going forward, almost assisted a goal but barry fucked it up. there were plenty of players that were able to be named mom, but since nobody really stood out(not scored/assisted a goal, won the game for us) they wont be mentioned. plus defenders like kompany, kolo couldnt be named mom, cuz we were hardly on the defensive end. in conclusion, kolarov sucks and zabaleta is better than him

The goal was Kolo's fault. It was his pass that started it all off. Under no pressure and gives a hospital pass to Silva. Blaming Kolarov is idiotic. Might as well blame Dzeko for standing and watching it go in

You know what buddy? F*ck you! Kolarov is a good left-back....you can't just say that we need another one because one of them hasn't played at his best yet. Give them this season time...Kolarov looks like he could be ouer left-back for a long time. He doesn't have to be the best left-back in the world.

Not convinced.

Don't think he's particularly sharp defensively, and going forward he shoots too much from distance which wastes possession.

People want players to shoot on sight, now they don't.
They want full backs to get forward and support, now they don't

All that crap about Kolarov not blocking or tackling is ridiculous as well, against Villa he seemed like the only one who could be bothered making the effort, trying to speed the game up and move forward; because whats the point in him hanging back if Villa are all camped in their box?
Against Wolves I remember him putting some vital tackles/blocks as well as saving team mates asses. Against Leicester he again was comfortable and got a goal to boot as well.

Honestly, the stuff people post here sometimes is embarrassing.

We also had a brand new striker whom we are trying to accomodate and a playmaker just returning from injury, several players in their first season with us and also in England, second in the league after years in the wilderness but still it's the 'End Of The World'

The goal wasnt Kolarovs fault, nor Harts or Silvas...IMO it was Kolo Toure, he costed City more points than any other player with his careless play.

If you know anything about football and watched the game! You should know he wasn't at fault for the goal

Wrong.

He hasn't been brilliant yet... but how long were people slating Silva? now they would gladly suck the shite out of his arsehole!

Kolarov is getting better and better every game, and I cannot wait to see him fully fit and dominating the game, defensively and attacking.

Did someone say Boateng was better? He has allowed cross after cross to fly into the box from the man he has been marking...
