lescott is crucial to this, i rememember an interview drogba done on the eve of the fa cup final, now i'd class drogba (on his day) as the most powerful forward in the premiership, and in his interview he stated that the final will be a tough game and how he's always found lescott 1 of his hardest oppenents! thats a good enough recommendation for me

My memory is a little hazy but didn't Drogbe power past Lescott in the air for his first goal?
yes he did but i was hoping no one would bring that up.

We too had a problem with set pieces. But I like to think that Lescott, Barry and Adebayor/RSC would provide some much needed aerial ability when defending corners/freekicks.

Tevez said last season Richards was the hardest opponent he's faced yet people still seem to want to write him off.

that's because he's got the touch of a rapist and can't cross for f***. oh and the positional sense of a headless chicken.

might as well stick mike tyson at right back if we want a 'hard' defence.

richards is a solid defender who is still maturing and his positional work needs alot of help. The thing with Richards is I can't believe who crap he is with the ball....he looks like he has never played football. he just kind of bundles along with his head down and his passing is also awful so hope these improve drastically and soon.

You can't drop a bomb like this then not threaten his life and the lives of all he loves in order to make him spill the beans. Think of my children! They think the laptop is a permanent attachment to their dad. Why won't anyone think of the children!>!!?!

haha quality! If he told me and I posted it on here both him and me would get the boot!

And to Bringbackswales - if you let me know what it is exactly that I have posted that could get me sacked baring in mind 2 of my superiors gave me the all clear to post what I posted, I would appreciate it. I get most of my posts checked before they go out.

if your bosses are ok about it then I am sure you will be fine

How many times has Drogba actually faced Lescott ? 3 or 4, it can't be that many

we should resign van buyten. I can't believe nobody has come up with the idea yet. I must be a genius or something. Hughes and sheik out - no mark in
