Kyle Walker newspaper story

I'm sure such footage shouldn't be released or used without a person's permission, except if the police request it.
From the little I know about the courts/the free press, all decisions are to be made in the public interest.

No conviction can take place without it first being in the public interest.

I assume the same for any story.

Fuck me sky sports have took over this thread.

All of a sudden we have priests posting who have never made a mistake in their lives.

These posters having a pile on with kyle, can you personally produce evidence (apart from the suns vid) that he did it,

Yes he has been a prick and a bit of a lad but fuck me leave him alone. It's these shows of outrage and people being offended that got Bernardo banned, all of a sudden the world took a deep breath and turned into karen.

All the karens on here need to stop being judge and juror.

I'm not trying to bring Jack down, I'm pointing out the double standards. What I've said is kind of backed up by the fact you're defending the guy who got reprimanded by the manager, whereas the other guy turned up to training on time.
What "double standards"? Jack got shit when he fucked up and Kyle is currently getting shit with these latest exploits. My point is there's no need for City fans to drag other players into it to defend their own fave.

Absolutely.

And looking at things from a different perspective, what message does it send out if we DO NOT suspend him?

Man City the cheating club that allows it's players to go out getting pissed and indecently exposing themselves without consequence? That will do marvels for our image and future sponsorship deals. Maybe get Pornhub as a sponsor just to finish the job off properly.
City have said they consider it a private matter & won't comment or involve themselves further... \0/

The law is the law. You're in public exposing yourself. You've also run foul of public decency laws because you've pissed on private & public property causing acidic, amonia-related stain damage to masonry & a public walkway & road, not to mention the pong.

If someone walks past mid-stream, you're now exposing yourself to members of the public.

James Morgan is a nonce who should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & placed on the sex offenders register for life to protect the Public from your rivers of beer derived piss.

I suppose you think this is a fair & rational response to you taking a leak in public?
Ammonia is alkaline, not acidic. Although urine can be either as it happens, obviously not both at the same time.

I'm not commentating on the all the other nonsense that this thread seems to have degenerated into :)

No, I was making the point that if he's found guilty of indecent exposure he's likely to receive a jail sentence. It may be suspended though. Why do you trivialise Walker's behaviour ? He didn't need to show anyone his bell-end to prove he is one.
I'm not trivialising his behaviour. I'm waiting for the two women he was with to make an official police complaint.

If they haven't complained, then how & why has this "private matter" (MCFC statement) become public?

dumb bastard, nice example he sets for the young lads
As if young lads with an ego, money and the adulation won't give it the big one every now and again.

Old cliche but lads will be lads regardless.

Players being rapists, drunks and druggies means jack shit, it won't have any impact on a big percentage of young lads coming through.

He really is a ****, are they (footballers) incapable of keeping it in their trousers and I don't just mean flashing it about.

The guy cheated on this woman over and over, she married him (that is another story tbh) but what is the point of marrying her if you are just going to cheat over and over again?

If we're going on paper reports Jack and Phil were allegedly reprimanded for turning up either still half cut or so hungover they couldn't function.

Walker seems to have arrived on time and ready to work.
If we're comparing "crimes", seems to me it's considerably worse to take your dick out in public and grope a woman than it is to get pissed at a nightclub and turn up the worse for wear at work the next day.

As I said, I'm not for setting some City players against others in this mess, but trying to make out Kyle's behaviour was somehow less reprehensible because he turned up for training on time is ridiculous.

Matt Hancock agrees with this

As far as we are aware no complaint was made about his behaviour to the police by anybody involved including the bar in question. It's not in the public interest except for the fact he's a celebrity. The footage wasn't released to trace him as everyone knew and knows who he is. If I was Walker I'd sue the fuckers. The footage should only have been given to the police as evidence if a complaint has been made for the CPS to review it and decide if it should go to court. Was Waker an idiot? Yes no doubt and not for the first time. If some punter sold the video they'd filmed on their phone that's a different story. The bar has to follow GDPR regulations, that's the law.

I don’t think I ever called him a nonce and suggested he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

My take was, the club should suspend/fine him, donate the fine to charity, send him on some educational courses and any legal consequences he will also have to take square on the chin.
Manchester City have said they consider it a private matter & will issue no further comments about it... So now what?

Again, you said Walker should be prosecuted, even though no one has actually complained about it.

According to some in this thread, rapist killer Wayne Couzens received 19 months for indecent exposure & so could/should Walker. Really? :-/

Walker has given the media yet another opportunity to drag City's name into the spotlight by association and throw more shit at the club. And of course they will lap up the opportunity.

He is a fucking imbecile imo and despite the club's statement about it being a " private matter ", I just cannot believe that the management are pleased by this behaviour.
