I just hope we’re not running out of steam at the wrong time. Dortmund showed enough quality at our place on Tuesday to knock us out. We were actually quite lucky to get away with the win. Apart from the blip against West Brom, Chelsea have improved under Tuchel. We need the big guns in for every game now. No messing about.and on top of this, our performances are nowhere near as good as they were until March.
His logic is that we’ve done it multiple times already this season and won, and then won the games that we rested for. It not getting any points once, in a game where we created more than the opposition, will be of little concern to him. Nor should it be to us. As it’s the reason we are in this position in the first place.Hopefully this game will become insignificant in the bigger scheme of things.
Next week we progress and we will declare Pep a genius.
He has definitely opened the Door ajar in the premier league, only a crack. But they are already seeing a glimmer of hope when before there was virtually none.
Putting the League to Bed early you get to rest the Big players for the really impotant Champions League latter stages.
The Rags win tomorrow it is down to 8 points. We lose another " the Wheels are coming off Brigade "will be out in force.
Point being now we have to actually play our strongest side more often in the League than we would have/
I never understand his logic.
Just my opinion, Fort what it’s WorthHouston know that?
