Pavard has started for Bayern so I doubt they are going to sell now. Gaya is a good option but the question is he on the club's shortlist. The other question is the club are going to stick to what we have got
Hope the club is considering Gaya.. he's got less than a year on his current contract and is still Only 27 years old. But rumour has it he's afraid to fight for a spot and want a guaranteed one...

Grimaldo too but that is probably dependent on Benfica qualifiying for this season's Champions League (which is looking more likely this time around).

JWE made how many appearances for us last season? And you expect that he'll be able to walk into Zinchenko's position as number 2 LB? If Cancelo gets a major injury, you're comfortable with JWE who's never started a PL game being our first choice LB?

There's no problem with integrating a youth player but that's not integrating, that's bad planning and basically throwing a kid into the deep end.
If Cancelo OR Walker gets a major injury

JWE has been injured for most of the last 2 years. Pep himself has said staying fit is his biggest issue. We certainly can't rely on him.
