Fairly wild assumption to make based on what I said. Its never one players fault. The main reason we struggled though was because we couldn't get past their initial press, why couldn't we do that? For me, that mainly boiled down to the open options beyond that press, Usually Silva is always, always open. He wasn't playing, gundogan was and he struggled to do that role, often being marked or losing the ball cheaply. KDB can take criticism for that too.

Last time we started with Fernandinho, Gundogan, De Bruyne and Silva together was the Carabao Cup final I think, and it didn't work particularly well then until Guardiola changed it after the break.

The only time it has really worked was Barca at home. They tend to get in each others way and it cloggs up midfield for us
