but after the back to back title and winning 4 trophies in a season champions league is the number one target now for city, we now have to prove we are the best by winning it, even if its glamorous or not we must start to be in the finals season after season because we have done everything possible in the game in england that now its starting to feel 2nd best if we don't win it ?? like it or not the club needs the champions league title to finally become a great club in the media and in the press, and then how can they say otherwise when clearly liverpool and united are judge by it

yes 12 seconds before the goal , six more passes , four more attempted tackles by Dipper players how far do you need to go back ? , a player 2cms offside before the opponent has several more chances to prevent the goal is ridiculous. Dippers got lucky.

Well the linesman missed it , so not so clear then , the Dippers did not stop play and they had several attempts to tackle or clear the ball , there was at least three phases of play after Mount's big toe was offside.

the last minute foul was clever play by Michael Oliver. Clear advantage rule to be implemented, but Liverpool would surely lose the ball much faster than the time spent to stop the play, call the foul, give the booking and continue the game. Minute past, mission accomplished.

The reason you don't understand the hatred we have for you is because you don't know what it's like to be a Manchester City fan.
The premier league has been established for years and your club was one of the established top four clubs.
Where were you when the rags were winning the premier league title every year? Where was your title challenge then?
Funny how it's "your year this year" now it's us in the driving seat.

There’s a few points to cover here, but I’ll do my best.
- Never once have I said that it’s ‘our year this year’ or anything like it. It’s a two horse race undoubtedly but only virgins and modern footy newcomers would start crowing after six games.
- I don’t see the point you’re making about where were we when United were winning the league every year? We were wallowing in mediocrity for the 90s and have obviously climbed out since then. Where were you?
- Whether either of us like it or not, media people show bias, intentional or not. Tyler sounds like he’s just been given a death sentence every time we score. Spent the whole game today sniping at us. Do I care? Not one bit and nor should you. You’ve got one of the best teams in the world here, why would you give a fuck what divvies in the paper or on the telly say?
