If you keep it civil you won’t have a problem. It’s not rocket science.

Using the phrase "It's not rocket science" to a Liverpool fan is, as I found out yesterday, considered 'patronising'. I was a bit surprised because I thought I was actually being very restrained and that he may well have found the alternative (you fucking knobhead) a tad insulting. But hey, you live and learn.

I'd lose title without much fuss to anyone right now. Shit stuff, but congratulations and move to next season. I'd be seriously pissed if we'd lose it to Liverpool though. Would be very hard to swallow the sea of self-entitledness that would come. They are seriously unbearable even now. They are like Rags on the heavy drugs.

Well, I would agree and disagree with parts of your comment. I personally feel from reading this forum that the hated of Liverpool and its fans is directly linked with the increasing success of the club and its current role as the main challenger to you. In the past there rarely seemed to be antagonism between the 2 sets of supporters (again , I'm taking generalities here) at a time when city were in the rise and Liverpool were going in the opposite direction.

I also believe that it is the role of a manager to connect with the fans, and that Klopps behaviour is generally positive although not perfect.

At the same time, there is no denying that the behaviour of some Liverpool fans is deplorable and getting worse. I'm not sure I would use the term feral, but I can understand why you would. Whether this is of frustration at the years of failure, at the worry that things might go backwards, or more likely, that some people are just deeply unpleasant 'fans' who can't operate in a civil society, I couldn't say, but I wish it were not the case.

With the respective positions in the league , the intensity has clearly ramped up, and with that comes more " potential " for antagonism between both sets of supporters . I certainly will not be going anywhere near Anfield soon, especially by coach.

The leaking of the " settlement " between the clubs over the theft of intellectual information is a clear indication that it is not only the mood of the supporters of LFC which has intensified since we have been improving as a club. Clearly the LFC hierarchy are capable of a bit of mischief too.

I hope the football authorities do not let this pass without action , as it is a serious matter which deserves investigation and punishment for those found guilty.

I'm slightly puzzled by this. Are you implying that Liverpool leaked the details of the settlement ? Maybe I'm just misunderstanding you as it would seem that such leaks would be more likely from City hierarchy to incriminate Liverpool (and I'm in no way trying claim innocence)

Truthfully the details so far seem to be disgraceful behaviour on the part of Liverpool, or at least some of its employees. Legal or not, it's highly unethical behaviour and I've seen some Reds fans trying to laugh off such actions when if the situation were reversed they would be up in arms.

If you can't hold your own club (in this case Liverpool) and owners to account when their actions are wrong, it just makes it harder to justify legitimate criticism of other clubs.

What does puzzle me is the lack of action taken at the time, given this apparently took place in 2012. Surely city could have escalated this and made it a much bigger deal at the time ?

We simply can't loose that title to them, that 30 years is hurting them so, so much, and 31 would look even better.

It's our fault then, perhaps we are not a **** of a club that needs to make a big deal of things in public
I answered your post of page 430,you haven't replied

I didn't realise that you were looking for a response ? Although I notice you are still avoiding any question of Klopp's apparent wasting of money.
