Paying the tramp a fiver is fine, no issues with that. Klopp shouldn't be getting more than a quid though.

Red all day long. Regardless of whether he wasn't intending malice (which I believe he wasn't) that is out and out endangering your opponent.

His team won the match because Tierney heavily favoured Livepool at Anfield, once again.

He is just trying to distract from that by trying to create a narrative that Tierney favoured Spurs.
