Madrid v City CL semi final 2nd leg

what a bunch of yellow bellied, arrogant, disloyal bunch of wasted flesh and blood. And as for Pellers, I cannot wait for him to move out of Manchester. Joe Hart 8/10 - Fernando 7/10 - the rest take a bow and fuck off to the beach that you clearly thought you were on.

I think this season demonstrates well the difference between a team motivated by their leader and a buch of good players playing without focus or desire. One won the rem. The other bowed out of the chumps with a whimper.

I don't hold anything against the players. For me this season is a reflection of the leadership in the club. I don't just mean the manager, although he has to take a lions share of the blame.

the manager can get criticism for some stuff, but motivation shouldn't be one of them. playing in the champions league semi final against real madrid while getting paid millions of pounds for the privilege should give players all the motivation in the world.

kun, de bruyne, yaya gave such terrible efforts that the club should refuse to pay them in my opinion.

Aguero over the two legs was a disgrace no effort whatsoever. Never seen him like that before but he looked like he didn't give a fuck. The usual suspects will get slagged off but Aguero was awful

He wasn't awful he was isolated, his job is to score chances when they arrive he can't be expected to win the ball in midfield, do a one two with himself, cross the ball and then be in the box to finish it off. The only problem we have with aguero is if he decides he's had enough of this shit. Our central midfield and kdb were a flop, navas was okay, the defence was fine apart from a couple of mistakes by otamendi playing Madrid on side

We weren't good enough as we haven't been all season, let's hope we scrape 4th and put it behind us

Terrible performance, but let's be honest, not unlike many of our other terrible performances this season.

Pellegrini has ripped this team apart and to be honest, the only real surprise is that we got this far. We have become utter rubbish and this will take a huge rebuild to get us back even to where we were two years ago. Maybe three years ago.

You could be right but that team gets paid somewhere in the region of £2M a fucking week, every week. When do they take some responsibility? This lazy shower have been getting away with it for months. Pellegrini has made many mistakes, no doubt about it, but that lack of urgency, just in the last ten minutes, never mind the rest of the game, is unforgivable.

I can't blame pellegrini for the team I think he got everything spot on tonight in terms of substitutes and team lineup, what I blame him for started a season and half ago when we just started to not look half the team we was a season and half ago I'd honestly would of laughed if you said we might not get top 4

Both imo. And also a lack of bottle & a clueess uninspiring manager.

If we had played Bayern tonight, we would have lost 12-0. Real were nothing on the night. I doubt we will ever play v a more beatable Real Madrid team.

The whole fucking lot of them can fuck off for me.

I don't want to go on Saturday but I have to help someone. I've seen enough of these fuckers to last me til August quite easily & enough of Audrey to last a lifetime.

Sick of the sight of 'em.

i dont think we played that bad, the game was very even. we've had a good champions league. I agree though lots of them need to be replaced, they can't be arsed anymore.

Defeat in the most disappointing fashion possible. Knowing all it needed was one goal but having almost no reason to believe it was ever going to happen.

Barely laid a glove on them over 180 minutes; cannot state how disappointing that is. 1 shot on target, and only 2 off target which were anything like close.

Think he got the line-up right. Only mistake I think we made with subs was bringing Kelechi on instead of Bony. As good as Kelechi has been recently, we needed something different on this occasion, a physical presence and a focal point, which Bony would have given us.

Not that they didn't try to equalise, just sadly devoid of ideas how to. Nothing more than slow sideways passes for the entire second half of a CL semi final - how many other teams in our situation would you have seen do that?

And as for De Bruyne...why on earth did he not just put that free-kick in the box?

Fair play to Real though, Modric and Kroos outstanding and if they'd have needed to score again it would have been difficult to see them not doing.

Aguero over the two legs was a disgrace no effort whatsoever. Never seen him like that before but he looked like he didn't give a fuck. The usual suspects will get slagged off but Aguero was awful

He got nothing. Absolutely nothing from anybody else. If he wasn't arsed he wouldn't have spent most of the second half in deep central midfield trying to get the ball.

Yaya proved tonight he is no longer anywhere near the level required at the top. I don't think Kun and KDB come out with much credit tonight either, need better ball control at that level, but don't let me get started on our left back ( or lack of)
