It's looking like Newcastle will be without a number of players for the game.

Tiote
Marveaux
Best
Obertan

And we are full strength.

Another toon fan here.

Not looking forward to this as much now Tiote has been ruled out.

I expect a comfortable win for your lot but I've been surprised a number of times this season.

Difficult to say what Pardew will go with, we have Obertan and Marveaux missing on the right so you'd expect Ben Arfa to start however Pardew said he wouldn't play him out wide. I hope he starts because he's an exceptional talent but needs some gametime.

I think Santon will start this one, he could either play right midfield or go left back seeing Ryan Taylor move into midfield.

Shame about Cheick but Cabaye has been our star player this year and he'll need to have a very good game.

2-0.

I am going to be optimistic for tomorrow for a change, I think we will see our usual slow start and then come out on top 3-1. This is the start of some very big games in the next few weeks that could shape our season. If we can remain undefeated in the league until we play Arsenal at home I will be happy

Anybody think silva will be rested on sat? given he has played two games this week? will aguero start?

Hesitate to say it, because I don't like to be over confident and I like the Geordies, but, barring a sending off, I can't see anything but a very comfortable win for us. I know they are unbeaten, but they haven't faced anyone who's anything like the real deal that is City at the moment - our best attacking team ever. Their defence will be severely tested, with threats coming from all over the pitch, and Collocinni and Taylor will get exposed and found out tomorrow, I'm sure.
I'll settle for any win, but, unless Krul has a wonder game, I have a feeling we'll hit 4 again, and maybe more.
