£58 a ticket for tonight's festival of hoofball at the swamp, £58!

Plenty of availability for the closet rags on here to get down and watch a game for a change. I'd go to my local to watch it but it'll be full of the 'can't get a ticket' brigade

Love to get through tonight and play you...lived in Stockport for close to 10yrs...always liked City fans...remember supporting you when I was a young un in the 1981 final. And I was one of many at Maine Road when we had 15k mackems or so down on the last day of the season (thanks Mr Quinn)... Man City fans bought us drinks all night. You have had the shitty end of the stick for a long time... And the tide has turned...enjoy every friggin minute of it...it must be amazing.
I am nervous as hell about tonight, as everything tells me it can't happen, but right now... We are in the lead.

Most blues will hope you turn the scum over tonight mate - well done for fucking that West Ham fascist **** Di Canio off as well - hopefully you can stay up at their expense.
Thanks For Dave Watson and Dennis Tueart, and enjoy the game and hopefully the result.

Cheers
PS....You forgot to thank me for Craig Russell. ;-)

Come on, Sunderland, you can sooo do this.

The 'can't get a ticket' brigade have changed stances again. My old housemate and another rag friend of mine (both don't go) didn't even watch the Chelsea game on the TV. One 'wanted a nap' and the other 'couldn't be arsed'. Top fans.

we should call them the 'there's no room on the couch' or 'couldn't find the remote' fans

There still out in their silly red shirts round here, although I don't know any that actually manage to make the pilgrimage.
The best bit is the gobshites now keep quiet whilst we are on instead of their continual sly digs of old

I hope it ends like our semi against them in 1970. For those too young to remember, we were 2-1 up after the first leg at Maine Road and it was 2-1 to them with minutes to go and extra time beckoning. Then we got an indirect free kick which, for some reason best known to himself, Franny Lee blasted at Alex Stepney. Stepney could have left it (as it was indirect) but he instinctively saved it and Summerbee followed up to score and take us to Wembley again.

As long as it doesn't end up like the one in 2010 where they get a goal from a fucking hopeful cross with the last minute of the game.

Uncle Malcs worst fucking nightmare this........... is this the start of the cash cow becoming a cash goat then maybe a cash gerbil with shares devalued and a megastore full of Scholes posters and Giggsy memorabelia they couldn't shift ro some far Eastern visit,,,,, sorry "home and away supporters "before their retirement??

Kinda hope not coz we need the Glazers to keep the faith keep taking £30m out every season for spends and keep Wee Davey there playing his unique brand of hoodball that only Pulis and BFS admire - new owners with ££££'s and a competent manager is our worst nightmare !!
