Manchester’s Changing Skyline

Further to my earlier post.
The alterations to Manchester do not improve things one iota imo and in some cases are actually detrimental (Piccadilly gardens for example).
HRH Charles, for example, described one building as a "monstrous carbuncle on the face of an old friend".
I suggest that Manchester contains quite a few of these carbuncles.
That is even without the appearance of neville and his monstrosities.
I think he was describing his fingers.

Watch both drone videos in HD (white cog) Especially the 1st drone video. Screen grabs from the 1st video.

This is just a short video to test my new drone - not much effort in it. Stay tuned for the upcoming videos, Thanks.

Construction in Manchester on the old Granada studios close to the science and industry museum in the city centre. We see the construction of the Union building near Quays Street in Manchester and The Factory can be seen from above near the site of the old Granada studios and close to The river Irwell and ordall chord.

Viadux has reached yet another milestone - it has officially topped out!

Witnessing the slip form being stripped away was extraordinary. It's a symbol of progress and a testament to the hard work of the team on site.

The lines are blurring between Ancoats and New Cross. Once New Cross was nothing more than numerous ghost car parks. Now it’s full of new residential towers and residential apartment blocks.
