We have been successful in securing the Talbot Mill development in Manchester following a lengthy PCSA negotiation period.

The £37m development consists of three residential blocks including two mills refurbishment and a ten storey new build. This will provide 190 residential units with public realm and amenity block.

Shane Kelly, Project Director, CR Construction (U.K.) Company Limited, said “We are extremely excited to have been selected by Capital & Centric to deliver this flagship scheme on their behalf. The project will hopefully be our first of many with a well renowned and respected Manchester developer in Capital & Centric."
