Pat Karney & MCC have recently been kicked off with AM Alpha at the state of the building.



Pat Karney, Manchester Councillor, said: "The agent will be seeking meetings with the city council's highways and planning officials. These meetings will not take place until they clean up the building.”

AM Alpha confirmed contractors should be on site within the coming weeks, adding it hopes to maintain a close relationship with the council.

This has dragged on for quite a few years. Hopefully redevelopment will start soon in ernest.

It’s the arse end of the Arndale Centre. Especially the Arndale centre car park. High Street is utterly grim. Some trees and planting would help soften it and add a bit of colour.
