Mancini: "I'll forgive Tevez if he apologises"

I doubt it would be in anyway sincere even if he did apologise, and that just leaves a situation that will continue to fester IMHO.
I'm bored of Tevez now and just want him out. I think him a selfish shit but I don't hate him. It just saddens me that a player with his talent has let it come to this.

what? he s too thick to think for himself..... as for the persian.... i d like him to go first!!! and asap.......

I may be totally wide of the mark but Tevez doesn't strike me as the type of person who would offer an insincere apology. The fact that he has admitted that he refused to warm up means that he should be able to apologise for that without compromising his position that he never refused to play. If he fails to offer this apology then he loses any sympathy that he may have from people who see him training alone and believe he's served his punishment so should now be allowed back into the squad. Very clever move by Mancini or just the actions of a decent man prepared to forgive and forget. Either way he's gone up in my estimation.
Trouble is that slimy bastard Kia will probably tell him what to say anyway.

I don't give a fuck if the club forgives him..or even bobby

But id like to think the fans will never forgive him if we have any pride at all

My feelings exactly. I have never booed a city player in over 50years. I'm already practising.

I think Mancini has said this purely because he knows Tevez is too stubborn to apologise, so essentially he looks like the bigger man and still gets his own way. But I feel if Tevez did start playing again , given the opportunity , much like Balotelli , he would grasp it and make an impact. If he is going to leave , I won't hold a grudge against him because of all he has done for this club and where he has taken us. His behaviour has been pure shit at times and that is the reason as to why if he did leave I wouldn't be fussed , but I wouldn't be fussed if he started playing again. Whatever Mancini decides will be the right choice and I am willing to agree with him.

this first thing I did was get rid of his name from an old shirt no way im forgiving what he did

At the end of the day, this will be about one thing - money.

Tevez can't get what City pay him anywhere else and his transfer value to the club will plummet if relations are not repaired.

There will be a compromise and Tevez will stay and will play. He's 2 good performances away from most fans forgetting about Bayerngate.

He isn't going to go in January unless someone offers around £30 million and I just cannot see that happening.
