Absolutely. The complete opposite of Mourinho leaving Inter when apparently senior players were in bits.

I've bored everyone on the forum for tears for three years now about it, but Mancini is not a leader of men. Never has been, never will be. And this club, with all of it's egos, all of it's criticisms and all of it's ambition, needs an inspirational leader to unite the whole club. To instil a team ethos, a walk-through-walls attitude, a confidence, a swagger.

How did we ever win anything with him in charge? [rolls eyes]

Its ridiculous isn't it. Whether people want him at the club or not you'd hope we'd have the capacity to recognise the good he has done for the club rather than try and belittle him and downplay his achievements at every opportunity.

I wonder what's next. Too scared to make subs?

But have we left it too late in appointing Mourinho?

Well I really, really hope not. We should be moving hell or high water to appoint him. What a missed opportunity it would be if we let him go elsewhere. My concern would be the pull of London, but he's a bright man and only a fool would choose to have Abramovich as a club owner ahead of Mansour.

I have everything crossed. But if we don't get him, there are others out there.

well because he is the epitome of professionalism when he and his side end up throwing off the league to be 16 points behind Barca halfway through this season, that is also completely unacceptable and this forum would be hardly different if we were in Real's position at the moment, the CL is not a guarantee and even if he wins it his professionalism has to come into question and has to be a concern because Abu Dhabi will not take kindly to the club's image being sullied and league campaigns being thrown away.

Also Mourinho has never come across as a manager who takes on board a long-term plan, he's strictly for the here and now, which suits some clubs as long as he's winning trophies but I get the impression our owners' ambitions are more far-reaching.

Mourinho and Abramovic still like each other, and Mourinho never expects to be anywhere for more than 3-4 years.

Don't have a problem with anyone having that opinion at all.
