If there is a possibility to sort his visa issues , I would like to see him at city and develop under pep's watchful eyes.

South American footballers tend to develop well in the Serie A. I am sure we can secure a loan to a mid-table Serie A team.

Prospects of the likes of Barker and Celina ever getting a real shot at the first team are surely receding rapidly with all of these young winger we are being linked to?
 
Lets wrap this signing up quick. Zinchenko, Moreno, hopefully someone like Ante Coric is next.
 
Looks a good, intelligent footballer. Quick and goes for goal but brings others into play.

Don't know where he fits in, Pep's job.

The more I think about it, he is either plan B to Sané or we're signing him and loaning him out work permit or not. Either way there's been no news other than we won't hear anything until July 27th. By that time Sané should be a City player or not.

End of Copa Libertadores. By the way, his club brought in 8 new players yesterday which I think was the significance of getting a decision on him. Now would be the time where I wish a fan of his current club would sign up and give us more info because it's hard to track down the source that has said "Atletico Nacional has agreed that they will sell him after the Copa, specifically to Manchester City" .


This is as close as any news I can find that says that the deal was done on Tuesday but won't be announced until end of the Copa(July 27)


Then there's this, I don't know if it's the likelihood of where he will be sold or not. I know commentary during the semi final game kept saying it was between us and Fiorentina and they might have the edge since they've had a National Team teammate of his in Cuadrado and he might think that's the best place to go and develop.

Personally I hope we can close this deal and do something similar with this as the Rulli situation. Buy and then loan him out to the team that wanted him
