Fair point Bob but I was thinking in terms of comments expressing a view, for example, that he has form for this kind of thing. Any defence team worth their salt will exploit the situation to allege that their client cannot possibly receive a fair trial as a consequence.Unfortunately for him the daily fail have already named and shamed him.
