the coverage was absolutely awful but credit to gabby logan for actually replying to numerous city fans on twitter with reasonable explanations
I'd be glad to give her, er, credit!

She just said what we all knew, he had, had death threats and been insulted because he was crap last week as well, sorry they should have been asking based on that is he fit to ref any more, it was a game changing decision in as so far we could have won by 4 or 5 the decision had a bad affect on the game

Things are fairly desperate on the punditry front when the only half-decent analysis in any week comes from Ratboy.

And what exactly was wrong with our kit??
^ this is spot on. There's only Neville and souness who talk sense, and don't get me started on Jamie "tight pants" redknapp!

Guys this is nothing new, years ago we had jimmy hill spouting crap about city, in so much as it influenced a lot of decisions made by the officials, which eventually ruined an old championship campaign, he was hated by most city fans back then, I still dislike him to this day? Then through the years, Peter Swales mentioned this often about the bbc in their manipulation of the highlights, Bbc have no scruples when it comes to their own self interests?

No matter what anyone says. The coverage is a lot better than itvs the premiership.

Because they don't have enough time to analyse matches they don't watch.

Yet they had time to analyze our away kit and Kompany's 'mistakes'.

The penalty decisions did not change the result.

It was a talking point; a controversial decision that was obviously very poor. Their excuse for not discussing it was laughable.

They cannot analyse every penalty decision in every match.

The penalty decision was far more worthy of discussion than our away kit, yet they decided to discuss the later. Laughable!

Kompany has been poor by his standards this season sa they don't have time to analyse the match they went with this before hand.

They don't have time to analyse the match, yet they have time to analyze Kompany's performance during that match?

Er, okaaay...

They did not analyse our away kit they mentioned it briefly.

Yet they didn't have time to mention briefly if they thought it was a penalty or not?

They did not analyse the match as a whole as they did not have time.

Yet they had time to mention our kit and not the ridiculous penalty decision?

They analysed Kompanys defense as our defense has been a problem this season.

Our defense wasn't a problem during the game they showed. Yet in spite of that, they devoted time to some clips of Kompany instead of the penalty decision or how good Silva played, which would have been far more relevant to the game being discussed.

They have no duty to blow smoke up our arses.

They have no duty to slag us off and focus on the negatives all the time, but they still do so on a consistent basis.

That edition is a case in point. We won 1. 2. - despite a comedy penalty decision. Our defense was fine. Silva was back in form and controlled the game. We played some great football at times. We had around 70% possession.

Yet what do we get from MOTD? No discussion of the penalty in case it hurt the poor ref's feelings, some drivel about our away kit, some clips of Kompany's defending and a completely erroneous stat that possession was around 50 - 50.

And you're defending this shite?

Is your second name Lineker, by any chance?

Anyone recommend any alternates for MOTD?

There's a show on Sky isn't there after Sunday Supplement?

Not watched it for years.

MOTD is a joke, I genuinely believe they are just taking the piss out of Fans and themselves. Football Satire

I am sorry to say this but does anyone give a FUCK about what they say or do on Match of the Day! I would rather city did there talking on the pitch and that is what we did yesterday. Let them spout their shite, and if other Managers and players want to believe it, then good because it will draw them into a false dawn and when we win the leauge again this season we can say we won because the BBC said we were SHIT!
