Is this one of the games where he must have attended a certain amount beforehand? If he's eligible and there is still an error id ring upme lads a citizen matchday member saying the Arsenal game is not available but showing plenty of seats ????
Are you signed in on your son's account? I can't buy for a linked Cityzen Matchday Member through my own account, which seems daft being able to link the accounts, but can when I log in as them.me lads a citizen matchday member saying the Arsenal game is not available but showing plenty of seats ????
that might be the reason - but theyve no sent him a log in for himself the citizen thing is 13 - 17 year old should o just got him an adult one - been om hold for 82minutes !Are you signed in on your son's account? It might be different for me as I'm an sc holder and my son is an adult cityzen member. TBH with all the upheaval there's going to be this year I'm not bothering buying any match tickets for him in advance, I'll just take it game by game and see what's available. I thought as he's in my F&F group I'd be able to buy tickets for him but apparently not. I'm hoping I can transfer tickets to him from others in my F&F group when they can't go to games or buy cup tickets for him otherwise it's been a pointless exercise.Im assuming that’s why I couldn’t choose under 18s cityzen for my son then. It makes absolutely no sense though as you can’t guarantee getting two seats together otherwise
Were still waiting on clarity how it will work. If its like Everton then you will have to forward the email with the ticket link to your friend. Don't click on the link yourself otherwise it will auto download the ticket to your digital wallet then its a load of miter involving the ticket officeI have just purchased 2 tickets for the Burnley game...the tickets are being sent to my e mail address will I be able to send my mate his ticket when I get them.
