That's an in-cred-i-ble article of positiveness from the BBC, Phil Dawkes (Leeds born/based if his private twitter account is to be believed - also does most of BBC Leeds articles I think) is clearly working whilst Simon Stone and Dan Roan are out of the office lapping up the Ten Hag.

Just turned Sky on, their "breaking news" for 1pm is Hags' rags first news conference. Took up the first 10 minutes.
If ever you needed proof of how biased they are...
Same as turned it of and watch some great city interviews on YouTube city tv .

The outcry from the media is fucking glorious - I long got over all the negative articles that we have to put up with every single week. It actually means we are doing it right and they are hurting so much because of it

As some have already pointed out we are making these bitter pricks boil in their own piss

Onwards & upwards. Aint nothing above us except for Sky blue

CTID
Yes, and the manner of our victory makes them hurt even more. We were on the brink of disaster, almost dead and buried, but a miracle happened and the rest is history.

If we had unlimited funds Kane would be playing for City. If you win the premier league 4 seasons out of 5, the prize money and sponsorship from that will give us funds to recruit. Not to mention any money from the champions league, then add to that the academy which turns over a healthy profit. Some people out there in the world are not clued up on football finances but offering silly opinions.
It’s the comfort blanket of failure, oh we can’t win anyway because of unlimited funds. Utter nonsense, but it makes them feel better.

Christ on a bike!....

It's like a one eyed Liverpool fanzine article. It's bizarre that a supposed mainstream media outlet would publish such a steaming pile of horseshit. There's not even any pretence of balance, it's just bile. Surely they should have some editorial standards even for opinion pieces? Seems the answer to that question is that if it gets the clicks from Irish dippers they really don't care.

Also heard ratboy going on about pitch invasions and he couldn't understand how they have become popular over the last few weeks and that they hadn't happened in years. I must have been dreaming when utd v pool match was cancelled as fans broke into ot to demonstrate, running on the pitch and lobbing bottles etc. at Souness and Co.
And rat boy justified it.

Lol I did the same back then.
I’ve even got a load of old newspapers somewhere from the 2002 promotion side after beating Barnsley on the last day with Keegan saying where coming after you F##gie.
But it’s been years since I’ve bought one and that won’t change today.
I've still got cuttings from the Sunday people In 1981 (?) when Trevor Francis made his debut away at Stokes Victoria ground, scored twice in a 3-1 win and thousands of Blues made the trip to welcome him.

I wasn't there, but the excitememt, as a young Blue reading that match report will live with me forever. The new ..short-lived idol of Maine Road.

City are valued at 3 billion pounds. We have spent 1 billion.!!!! Surely that is a success story no matter how you look at it.
It is rarely reported that Sheikh Mansour has made an absolute fortune out of his investment in City and the surrounding area. It doesn't suit the fake sportswashing narrative. Don't forget he got £665m back when he sold a combined stake of 24 per cent to Silverlake and the Chinese consortium.

Already the presses attention has moved on. New Utd manager, Salah achievement award from the Dippers etc.
Ickle old City ignored again.
Back to normality...
