I watched the Sky Sports report on the parade half an hour ago.

They showed just one over head shot of the crowd. They picked an area that didn’t look particularly flattering. All other shots were close ups of 1 or 2 fans or the players up close.

It might be me and my hatred of the media but whenever you see other parades they always show overhead shots of the big crowds. They didn’t do that for us.

It’s these little things time and time again that mount up.

The media is bought and paid for.

Went into the pub and they were showing bits live and it looked decent. Somebody probably got told off for making it look too good though.

I don’t think it was an evening for getting into a helicopter last night over Manchester to take images. The lightning alongside some of the rain that came down was nuts.

I don't understand why people listen to talksport lmao it is owned by the Sun their whole purpose is to cause outrage and generate calls. Rather listen to Susan Boyle farting her greatest hits on reprepeat.

On some sort of a level (nothing musical, mind), that's a noble concept for a protest album.

the haters in media had incredible amount of articles ready to be published both after the Fa final and CL final.

"look what money cannot buy" mantra and stuff like that.

and all those articles now was like ctrl A + delete in a second in their little word files. :DDD

Weren't official figures for the 2011 FA Cup final 150,000? Seemed more than that today from my personal experience of each event.

The official GMP figure in 2011 was 60,000 and that was on a working day. Laughably the official GMP figure for the rags' 2011 parade for their (then) record 19th title on a Bank Holiday Monday was a pathetic 12,000. I recall Mike Wedderburn on SSN taking the piss saying that the crowd was two deep in places. Predictably any rag you mention that to defaults straight into denial mode.

Exclusion in the social media age, with populism has and always will increase his following. Ignorance will eventually make people like him fade away. Or, he'll learn. The latter is less likely. These sorts seem to be people who buy half and half scarves, going home to cut half of it away and use the City end to wipe tears from their deeply lonely eyes.
