I saw a bit of the case today from the public gallery. Don't know how it's gonna last the projected two or three weeks when they've already cross examined the accuser and her mother.
Thought it was already over. According to most on here, he's guilty.

Bluemoon provides a cheap and efficient alternative to our cumbersome legal system.

Given that he's local maybe people know more about it than is currently in the public domain.

He's not a particularly pleasant person. He's always pissed and an argumentative gobshite. I know that as fact as he frequents the same pub in Hale that I go in.

As for local knowledge, I've heard the odd bit of info here and there which is all hearsay as far as I'm concerned, but the fact the girl said he smelled of booze fits in with how I would think he would smell most of the time.

I've only read the updates on the MEN site - but haven't seen anything as to where these offences took place.
Where was le Vell (allegedly) repeatedly given access to this young girl to comit these (alleged) offences?
And where was the mother then?

I'm led to believe he allegedly didn't have far to travel and perhaps could have seen both in his slippers. I'll throw in another allegedly just for good measure.

If these are the criteria required on Bluemoon to establish guilt, I really hope I never get charged with anything serious.
Add to that Fetters that "he's been known to smell of drink" and that's me doing a stretch too.

So, allegedly, he would of been there on their birthday and first day of school etc...

allegedly its like webster and rosie

Can anyone envisage the consequences if the trial collapses and le Vell is acquitted because the name of the victim is revealed on Bluemoon?
Think of the headlines.
'Manchester City Forum Helps Rag Go Free'.
The media would go into powerwanking meltdown mode.
Ric would have to sell his Lear jet and yacht.
Think of our moderators.
Who else would employ them?
This could be potentially devastating.
No more Transfer forum, or johnsonontheleft.
So at least some good may come of it.

Allegedly.... that is correct.... considering that NINETEEN charges and only ONE victim .. should give some clue.

Jury's are daft. Surely a judge with years of experience is more than able to make a judgement? Or instead of a jury get a load of judges. Something doesn't sit right about a load of corrie fans say there thinking they are looking at Kevin Webster

12 judges on a jury. Each one on about £300 an hour plus expenses. Madness.

Tell me you are joking!
We get 40 dollars a day here for the first 6 days and 80 a day there after.

Think he means that would be the cost of putting 12 judges on the Jury

Ha, got it. Speed reading is not my strong point :)

You, sir, are guilty until proven innocent.

He should get at least six months for that suit and draped scarf ensemble.

I thought the same when he turned up for court. Guilty of dressing like a tw@t
