I think he's a class player, who got villa ticking last season, at his age, I'd say he's worth the £24million we will offer for him, will continue to improve. Versatile, and home-grown to boot.

Milner in our midfield I believe will succeed , he is a great passer of the ball and can create aswell due to his 15 assists last season . He can score goals (think of goal at sunderland) that was my goal of the season last season . I yes 30 million is too much for milner , but I believe whatever prive he will have a great season if he was with us . I could see him pulling the strings and putting in sliding tackles on a wet sunday afternoon . Someone who always tries their best no matter what and I would happily take james milner just for the lowest price possible please ;) and I believe we should swap ned but keep stevie as I think he could re discover his form if played in the europa, league .He plays well then gets a run in the first team and its on and up from there

Boring signing really, but if he comes in and does a job for us I can't have any complaints really. You need the workers to go alongside the flair players I reckon and Milner covers a lot of ground really effectively. Great engine and workrate, but just meh...boring really...too long and drawn out over a player not many can get excited about...
