Missed out on a ticket for the derby?

A lot of people in this thread are arguing something they know fuck all about.
I wasn't going to post again, but you are spot on, and those moaning with all the so called "FACTS" they know still won't complain to the 2 people that can do something about it, Kevin Parker, and the ticket office manager.

Best way of getting tickets if you've got low points better still set one up yourself then you control the allocation.

I think people are moaning simply because the slant has gone too far in favour of the SC's and many loyal fans are missing out on games where there loyalty is not being rewarded.

Bound to p*ss people off when they see - as I have - tens of JCL's securing tickets through a supporters club.

My own view is they clearly have allocated too many.

I know what you are saying mate, but believe me, this is not how it always works out.
I agree with cleavers on this.

Every supporters club I have traveled with have been spot on ticket wise and have always handled things fairly from my experience, involving the big games especially.

The supporters club debate will go on and on but any system that's allows a rag to get a ticket in the city end is totally flawed.

A points of blue meeting is due and I'll be bringing this matter up.

In the end tho... 3000 is piss poor allocation from the scum, considering the stadiums size, we should get much more tickets in the first place and then this discussion wouldn't exist

You're spot on but i suspect this 'problem' would surface if we had 10,000 allocation.

To be fair, there isn't a lot the ticket office manager can do.

Kevin Parker however, can.

The club allocate the correct amount of tickets for the amount of people that have enough loyalty points. The bit that gets my goat is the way the tickets are distributed.

Speaking of "facts", I can categorically tell you that supporters clubs will order tickets from peoples season cards that have enough points who for whatever reason can't or don't want to go to games like the derby (there's quite a few out there who can't stomach it) and then give them to people who don't have even nearly enough points - even non season ticket holders.

The system isn't flawed - the users are.

I cant see why anyone rag would want to spend £50 to stand in the away end against your rivals.

I wont pay that sort of cash to go to the swamp in our own end.
