Munich ticket criteria announced

I think everyone will join the cup schemes next year....

Expect these to be used in defense of this utter shite criteria.

No ones having to defend it. Most understand the criteria.

Joining is the cup scheme isnt being loyal, its letting the club take money out your bank when they want not when you want!

You're right! It's bribery, not loyalty. City started selling LP's a few years ago when the odd cup games were 50 LP's. I knew at the time it would spiral from there and City would fuck up. Low and behold they have bribed an extra £50 for "double points" and all that for SC cup schemes on Platinum this season. It's not the way it should be done really.

Think those who are pissed off are those who were confident of getting away game tickets through there attendance on previous seasons and were using the "I was at York away" to pick and chose games. Everyone was warned when renewals were asked for

I am not a huge fan of offering your ticket to someone else so you get the loyalty points and they get a ticket. That in effect could be taking a ticket away from someone else who was waiting patiently in the queue, joined the cup scheme etc..

As it happens I think they are out on the demand for this one.

How are people getting there? Spike trip -200 ish, Thomas Cook 200 ish Singapore airlines 200 ish, Easy jet 150 ish Lufthansa 150 ish.

Thats 900 or so

We couldnt sell anfield last year when pushing for 4th!

Depends what level of importance loyalty points are.. I have offered my ticket genuinely because I cannot get there. I am not interested in the loyalty points. I have offered my ticket to someone who may miss out as they do not have enough points or are not on the cup scheme. Can't see the issue MV

I don't think I believe you fully. Even if you're a genuinly kind hearted fellow, I'll bet deep down undeservedly gaining loyalty points for a game you're not even attending is equally important to you than the gesture.

Oh I agree, that's why I joined Platinum and all the Cup Schemes because I didn't want to miss out on anything I wanted to get to. But I still think it's a bit rum!

If it goes to the next criteria it will be interesting. It could start off with 7k, 6k,5k then Cup direct members. Will be gutted if it does

if it does then this will be nailed on - Imagine the moans when someone with 3000pts on the scheme gets a ticket before someone on 6000 who is not...

Of course it wil remain cup scheme only if it goes to the next criteria. That's part of the appeal of the cup scheme. It will only go to non cup scheme members if it doesn't sell out on cup scheme alone.

ive got 7500 points but haven't done the CL cup scheme , booked with Spike for the first couple of aways - not too worried about missing out on a ticket , think there should be plenty, but would be annoyed for later rounds if a "newbie" who joined the scheme gets preference - thought it would be like the wembley tickets e.g 7000 points and/or cup scheme etc etc

As stated a few posts ago; 1000ish blues will be flying, 1500 max. There just aint the flight options avaiable. 1500 by coach/car? I don't think so. Any Germany based blues won't have seasoncards so they will have trouble. I think (hope) we will all be ok & may even strugggle to sell 3000.
There has not been a great uptake from my mates for this one, I'm even struggling to find a "wingman".
